Caterpillar is seeking a Lead Digital Business Analyst – Supply Chain to drive discovery, requirements, and governance for supply chain capabilities within their ERP ecosystem, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM. You will partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics and IT to define clear requirements, data definitions, and acceptance criteria that scale across programs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (or other related ERP/SCM) in a product or process analysis role.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into process maps, functional requirements, user stories and testable acceptance criteria.
• Experience delivering ERP or complex supply chain transformation initiatives; Dynamics 365 SCM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to understand objectives, pain points, risks, constraints, and dependencies; establish measurable outcomes.
• Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for supply chain capabilities; stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and recommend features that improve service, cost, and cycle time.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit, analyze, and document complex supply chain requirements; produce process maps, business rules, and functional specifications.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; ensure traceability from requirements to deployment.
