Job summary

Top Echelon LLC seeks an experienced D365 Supply Chain Analyst to optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM processes across procurement, inventory, and order management. The role focuses on translating business needs into functional solutions and collaborating with business and technical teams.

You will analyze data, configure modules, and support deployments, upgrades, and reporting. Strong Excel skills and ERP implementation experience are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field & 3+ years with D365 SCM.
• Strong understanding of Procure to Pay, Inventory, and Order to Cash.
• Experience with ERP implementations and production support.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Excel for data analysis.
• Familiar with ISVs integration and security roles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes within D365 SCM and document improvements.
• Serve as a functional SME for D365 SCM and partner with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Configure and support D365 SCM modules and functionality.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities to optimize inventory, planning, procurement, and operations.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with Microsoft support when needed.
• Create functional specs, process docs, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Participate in system testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT) and reporting.
• Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and KPI development.
