Job description

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity architecture across IT and OT environments, including ICS, SCADA, DCS, and industrial IoT systems.
• Evaluate, deploy, and manage AI-powered cybersecurity tools for threat detection, anomaly detection, behavioral analytics, and automated incident response across enterprise and OT networks.
• Conduct comprehensive OT/ICS security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration testing, applying frameworks such as IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and NIST SP 800-82.
• Identify and assess cybersecurity risks introduced by AI and machine learning systems, including adversarial attacks, model poisoning, prompt injection, and supply chain vulnerabilities in AI pipelines.
• Develop and maintain network segmentation strategies, secure remote access controls, and zero-trust architectures for converged IT/OT environments.
• Serve as the primary cybersecurity liaison to companies and key stakeholders, effectively communicating security risks, incident findings, and remediation strategies in clear, business-relevant terms to audiences ranging from plant operations teams to C-suite executives and investment partners.
• Contributes to the company’s cybersecurity strategic direction, incident response planning, and portfolio-wide security governance programs.
• Drive the evaluation and adoption of emerging cybersecurity technologies, including AI-native security platforms, through hands-on research, proofs of concept, and red team exercises.
• Apply critical thinking in designing and deploying layered defense strategies that account for the unique constraints and safety requirements of OT/ICS environments.

Effective communicator, collaborator and security advocate, skilled at driving security culture adoption and coordinating response efforts across portfolio companies and internal stakeholders. This will also involve speaking engagements on behalf to the firm.
