Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Lead CX/UX Designer to own research and design across a complex product area. You will stay hands-on across discovery, interaction and visual design, prototyping, and implementation, collaborating with Product and Engineering to base decisions on evidence.

The role focuses on shaping priorities, evolving design systems, and mentoring UX colleagues, while applying AI and code-based tools with sound judgment. Hybrid work setup with office days.

Qualificações

• End-to-end UX expertise: lead research and design for complex products with outcomes.
• Independent user research: plan interviews, observe workflows, usability studies.
• Interaction and visual design: information architecture, complex workflows, detailed UI.
• Prototyping and AI tools: build interactive prototypes using UX, AI, and code-based tools.
• Product direction: turn ambiguous needs into clear problem definitions with evidence.
• Design systems and accessibility: evolve reusable patterns and meet accessibility standards.
• Influence and mentorship: align stakeholders and coach designers in research and practice.
• Outcome measurement: define success measures and use data to evaluate results after release.

Responsabilidades

• Independently lead research and design for a complex product area, ensuring the experience spans connected workflows.
• Plan and conduct your own research with customers to identify unmet needs and define problems.
• Partner with UX researchers when needed, while owning research within your work.
• Shape priorities with Product and Engineering by linking customer evidence to goals and constraints.
• Develop concepts and testable prototypes to explore future experiences and inform roadmaps.
• Carry solutions into detailed interaction and visual design and collaborate with Engineering during implementation.
• Use AI and code-based tools to speed up research and prototyping while modeling accountable use.
• Evolve design patterns and align with senior designers on standards and direction.
• Define and track success measures with Product and Engineering using real usage data.
