Wolters Kluwer seeks a Lead CX/UX Designer to own end-to-end research and design for a complex product area. You will work hands-on across discovery, interaction and visual design, prototyping, and implementation while mentoring peers.

You'll collaborate with Product and Engineering, applying evidence to shape priorities and measuring outcomes. You will incorporate AI and code-based tools with sound judgment and influence decisions across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading research and design for complex products with measurable outcomes.
• Strong planning and execution of user interviews, workflow observations, and usability studies.
• Deep expertise in information architecture and complex workflows.
• Ability to build realistic interactive prototypes using UX, AI, and code-based tools.
• Translate vague needs into clear problem definitions guided by evidence.
• Evolve reusable design patterns and ensure accessibility across workflows.
• Mentor colleagues, lead critiques, and align stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations.
• Define and track success metrics using product data and user feedback.

Responsabilités

• Independently lead research and design for a complex product area across connected workflows.
• Plan and conduct research with customers; identify unmet needs and define problems to solve.
• Partner with UX researchers when needed while owning research outcomes.
• Shape priorities with Product and Engineering using customer evidence and business goals.
• Develop testable concepts and prototypes to explore future experiences and inform roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement designs and close experience gaps.
• Use AI and code-based tools to speed up research and prototyping with accountability in outputs.
• Mentor UX colleagues and align senior stakeholders with clear, evidence-based recommendations.
