Job summary

Goodwill Wasilla is seeking a Lead Customer Service Associate to support daily store operations in Wasilla, AK. This role oversees donation receiving, processing, and cashiering while delivering excellent customer service and leading frontline team members toward sales, service, and production goals.

The LCSA helps maintain a respectful, collaborative work environment and serves as a role model for professionalism and policy adherence. Flexibility for weekends/evenings is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Six months of related experience in retail, production, or customer service, including leadership or trainer experience preferred.
• No minimum education requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification and equipment training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, coaching, and daily mentorship to team members across donation receiving, processing, and cashiering functions.
• Support a culture of respect and professionalism across the team and align with store leadership.
• Meet or exceed Goodwill’s customer service expectations, including Mystery Shop goals.
• Ensure efficient flow of goods from donation area through production to the sales floor.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention, and asset protection standards.
