Dollar General is seeking a Cashier/Stocker with lead capacity in the absence of store management. The role emphasizes customer service, merchandise stocking, and operating the cash register to complete transactions. You will assist in plan-o-gram maintenance and help maintain a clean, organized store.

The position requires basic math, cash handling, and strong teamwork. Full-time schedule; located in a Dollar General store in your area.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Unload trucks and process store deliveries according to prescribed procedures.
• Receive, open, and unpack cartons and totes.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, face shelves, and build displays.
• Restock returned and recovered merchandise.
• Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and provide customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety (dust, mop, restrooms, stockroom).
• Operate cash register, total purchases, bag merchandise, and handle payments.
• Open/close the store under supervision as directed by Area Manager.
