Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive advanced analytics and reporting for the Marketing organization and broader business.

This role guides complex workstreams, designs scalable dashboards, and translates data into actionable business recommendations while coordinating with Marketing, Sales, IT, and other units. The ideal candidate brings deep SQL, Python/Power BI experience, and a track record of delivering data-rich insights in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• 6+ years in applied projects and digital transformation.
• 6+ years in dashboard creation and cloud environment exposure.
• 4+ years as an individual contributor on a core team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of dashboards and analytics products for executive leadership.
• Oversee scalable reporting frameworks across multiple product lines.
• Perform comprehensive customer/market analyses to support Marketing strategy.
• Establish data accuracy practices, audits, and data asset stewardship.
• Coordinate data acquisition, integration, cleaning, and analysis from multiple systems.
