Job summary

Chimes is seeking a custodial team lead to perform manual cleaning and oversee fellow staff in maintaining public spaces and executive areas. You will direct daily tasks, ensure quality, and report issues to management.

The role requires prior custodial experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to mentor staff. This position is essential for maintaining contract standards across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Six months of custodial experience preferred.
• CPR/FR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning functions and lead the team in day-to-day activities.
• Mentor newly hired custodians and ensure quality and quantity of work.
• Move, arrange, and lift heavy items.
• Assist with special events and training as needed.
• Comply with contract specifications and safety procedures.
