Job summary

Chimes is seeking a custodial worker to perform a variety of cleaning and building services in public and work space areas, including executive and command areas. The role requires following contract specifications, maintaining cleanliness, and complying with safety policies.

Essential functions include cleaning restrooms, descaling fixtures, vacuuming floors, and assisting with special restoration work. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule are needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.
• Custodial training desired.
• Candidates with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Agency policies and contract specifications.
• Clean assigned areas per contract specifications.
• Disinfect restrooms and public surfaces.
• Move, lift, and arrange heavy items as needed.
• Attend required meetings and in-service training.
• Pass and comply with building and security requirements and procedures.
