Job summary

Chimes is seeking a custodial floor crew lead to oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites. You will manage a team, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to contract specifications while maintaining high-quality standards.

The role requires mentoring new custodians, coordinating with supervision, and ensuring timely completion of duties with attention to safety and cleanliness. A valid driver’s license and AbilityOne program involvement may be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Lead and oversee custodial teams to meet contract specs.
• Ensure quality and quantity of work with supervision.
• Mentor new custodians and report on team performance.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Agency policies and contract specs.
• Perform daily cleaning and lead day-to-day activities with the team.
• Transport team members, supplies, and equipment to sites.
• Provide training and guidance to staff in cleaning procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisor to ensure all duties are completed.
• Respond promptly to supervisor communications and issues.
