Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
• Valid Alabama Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee minor repairs as needed.
• Plan and supervise daily cleaning for each room/office.
• Maintain a safe atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors.
• Order materials within the allocated budget for upkeep.
• Keep building, sidewalks, driveways and play areas neat and clean.
• Open and secure the building at designated times; ensure exit doors and panic hardware function.
• Ensure proper health department compliance for restrooms and classrooms.
