Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from the Principal and Director of Facilities.
• Oversee minor repairs.
• Plan daily cleaning of each office or room in the building.
• Maintain a safe atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors.
• Order materials within budget.
• Keep building and surroundings neat and clean.
• Check doors and panic bolts at opening/occupancy times.
• Secure doors/windows and manage lighting as appropriate.
• Clean restrooms and classrooms daily.
• Remove trash and rubbish from campus daily.
• Care for indoor plants.
• Move furniture as directed by Building Manager/Principal.
