Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Line Cook, including experience as a Supervisor or Lead Line Cook.
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic math and measurement understanding for recipes and portions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food prep while maintaining quality and sanitation.
• Ensure recipes, portions, and standards are followed by staff.
• Oversee all kitchen stations and train teammates across stations.
• Collaborate with service staff and managers to satisfy guests.
• Maintain equipment, walk-ins, and proper food temperatures.
