BSG Maintenance in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Culinary Services Manager to oversee daily operations of the Culinary Services Department within a healthcare setting. You will lead staff, ensure menus, dietary plans, and portion controls align with residents' care plans while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, meal prep oversight, proper food storage, documentation, and interaction with residents within 48 hours of admission.

Competenze

• CDM/CFPP/CFM certifications are required.
• 5+ years in a CDM/CFPP or culinary supervisor role.
• ServSafe Manager certification required.
• Experience with high-volume cooking and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to pass TB test and healthcare background check.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and discipline staff.
• Oversee meal prep, diet updates, and menu planning.
