Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Lead Cook [Full-Time] whose primary responsibility is assisting new residents with the move-in process, including home finishes selections and move scheduling. The Lead Cook serves as the liaison between new residents and Fleet Landing, working closely with the Remodeling Services and Sales teams to ensure streamlined communication and excellent customer service throughout the process. The role also involves managing various administrative tasks to support residents and the Remodeling Services team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quality food in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as Fleet Landing's policies and procedures.
- Prepare meals according to planned menus and adhere to food temperature standards.
- Serve food in accordance with therapeutic and mechanically altered diet regulations.
- Prepare food following standardized recipes and special diet orders.
- Complete daily or scheduled cleaning duties as per policies and procedures.
- Attend in-service training programs.
- Assist in overseeing the Employee Meal Program.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education Required:
High school diploma preferred but not required. Must be able to read, write, speak English, and follow written and verbal instructions in English. Technical or vocational training in Food Service or one year of on-the-job training is preferred.
Experience:
One (1) year of cooking experience in an institutional or restaurant setting is desirable.
