Cook/Prep Primary Duties

• Scan and understand order tickets and abbreviations quickly.
• Judge when wings are perfectly cooked using timers and basket positions.
• Filter and refresh fryer shortening daily.
• Follow safe, clean, and sanitary cooking procedures according to Wingstop and health regulations.
• Sauce and garnish wings, boneless wings, and strips.
• Prepare side items like fries.
• Package wings properly for final presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation for your station and shift.
• Assist in unloading deliveries; able to lift 60 lbs.
• Keep the kitchen clean throughout the shift.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Ensure a positive guest experience.

Cashier Primary Duties

• Ensure positive guest experiences.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Report safety or sanitation issues immediately.
• Stay updated on products and procedures.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Open and close the restaurant as scheduled.
• Assist other roles as needed.
• Greet guests promptly.
• Manage orders and inquiries efficiently.
• Process sales accurately through POS system.
• Encourage add-on sales and collect payments.
• Follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve minor guest issues politely.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front area and restock supplies.
• Maintain and clean bathrooms and trash areas.
• Assist kitchen staff and cross-train in other roles.
• Follow instructions for safe chemical use.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Report issues and suggest improvements.
• Represent the brand professionally.

Shift Lead Responsibilities

Shift Leaders provide managerial support in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring standards of behavior and service are maintained. They handle opening/closing, delegate tasks, resolve customer issues, and report to upper management. Key skills include:
