Job summary

Fix It 24/7 in Golden, Colorado is seeking a high-performing Lead CSR to guide the customer service team and drive revenue through exceptional phone performance and sales.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, coach the CSR team, ensure scheduling in ServiceTitan, and maintain top-tier customer experience in a fast-paced home services environment. This 40-hour in-office role offers meaningful bonuses and a clear leadership path.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Book service calls and maximize conversion opportunities.
• Support and assist CSR team with escalations and day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism on every call.
• Follow up on unsold estimates, memberships, and pending opportunities.
• Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to maximize efficiency.
• Accurately manage customer information and scheduling in ServiceTitan.
• Help coach and lead team performance through accountability and communication.
• Maintain urgency and organization during peak demand periods.
