Job summary

Bechtel in New Albany, Ohio seeks a Lead CSA Field Engineer to guide the civil, structural, and architectural field engineering team across the site. You will mentor engineers, own work package quality, and coordinate with superintendents to meet cost and schedule goals.

This role requires strong knowledge of concrete operations, steel erection, and ability to read plans; travel and site presence required as part of a large-scale manufacturing campus project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 10-13 years of relevant experience, or 14-17 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven ability to lead field engineering teams and coordinate across fronts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop CSA field engineers across the site.
• Own quality and timeliness of CSA work packages and reviews.
• Collaborate on constructability and design challenges and coordinate changes.
• Provide field engineering support to superintendents and project personnel.
• Direct work plan development, material take-offs, and quality inspections.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination and supplier interfaces.
• Forecast CSA staffing and support requisitions and trend documentation.
