Job summary
Cal State East Bay seeks a Lead CRM Software Developer to provide technical leadership for CRM applications across CSUEB, SFSU, Sonoma State University, and auxiliaries. You will guide a team through requirements, design, development, deployment, and integration, ensuring quality and alignment with campus objectives.
The role reports to the Senior Director of ERP Applications and Business Intelligence and requires expert knowledge of software development, strong communication, and collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Expert knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience leading CRM projects and cross-campus collaborations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and modernize CRM platforms across CSUEB, SFSU and SSU.
- Coordinate cross-functional development for complex CRM features.
- Lead the CRM software development team in design, development, maintenance and scaling.
- Oversee production support, incident triage, root cause analysis, and remediation.
- Evaluate requirements and advise on architecture, integrations and enhancements.
- Lead code reviews, testing and releases ensuring standards and quality.
