Job summary

Cal State East Bay is seeking a Lead CRM Software Developer to provide technical leadership for CRM solutions across CSUEB, SFSU, Sonoma State University, and auxiliaries. You will lead a team of developers and application administrators, overseeing all project phases from requirements to deployment to maximize CRM value.

The role requires expert knowledge of software development and CRM platforms, along with strong communication and cross-campus collaboration skills to ensure system stability

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience; advanced degree may substitute for experience.
• Expert knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Strong ability to interpret standards, guidelines, and implement procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and modernization of CRM platforms across CSUEB, SFSU, and SSU.
• Coordinate cross-functional development for complex CRM features and initiatives.
• Lead the CRM software development team in design, development, maintenance, and scaling of CRM applications.
• Oversee production support, triage incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Offer expert guidance on architecture, integrations, and development approaches.
• Lead code reviews, testing, and deployment aligned with standards.
