Job summary

Cal State East Bay seeks a Lead CRM Software Developer to provide technical leadership for CRM applications across CSU East Bay and partner universities. You will lead a team of developers, oversee all project phases, ensure code quality, and support integrations with enterprise systems.

Review required qualifications and collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to maximize CRM value and alignment with institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree may substitute for the required experience.
• Expert knowledge of software development methodologies and programming languages.
• Expert knowledge of applicable standards, guidelines and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills for large, complex projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to persuade stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership and modernization of CRM platforms across the Network universities.
• Coordinates cross-functional development efforts for complex CRM features and initiatives.
• Leads the CRM software development team in designing, developing, maintaining, and scaling CRM applications.
