Job summary

Cal State East Bay seeks a Lead CRM Software Developer to provide technical leadership for CRM applications across CSU East Bay, San Francisco State University, Sonoma State University, and their auxiliaries. You will lead a team, oversee all project phases from requirements to deployment, ensure code quality, and support integrations with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience (substitutions allowed).
Expert knowledge of software development methodologies and programming languages.
Expert in applying standards, guidelines, and procedures.
Strong analytical and organizational skills for large, complex projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for CRM platforms across CSU campuses.
Coordinate cross-functional development for complex CRM features.
Lead CRM software development, design, and scaling of applications.
Oversee production support, incident triage, and remediation for stability.
Evaluate requirements and provide guidance on design, integrations, and enhancements.
Lead code reviews, testing, and releases per standards.
