Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Supervisor, Critical Operations to lead and coordinate maintenance and operational activities for our data centers. You will supervise electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and controls in both interior and exterior spaces, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operation to support rapid digital infrastructure growth.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of workplace or relevant industry experience.
• Previous direct or indirect people leadership experience.
• Six or more years of workplace or relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain facility policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
• Lead emergency response planning and reporting for critical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, emergency backup, and hot water systems.
• Oversee work orders for preventative and corrective maintenance on critical systems.
• Coordinate Data Center space and cable plant design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Provide updates and reporting to the Critical Operations Manager and Site Director.
