Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Supervisor, Critical Operations to lead the maintenance and operation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and related systems inside our world-class data centers. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, contractor work, and capital replacements while ensuring safety and reliability of critical infrastructure.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to mentor technicians, and seamless collaboration with customers and the Data Center team.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of workplace or relevant industry experience.
• Six or more years of workplace or relevant industry experience (preferred).
• Previous direct or indirect people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, install, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, FLS, plumbing/piping equipment and controls.
• Coordinate maintenance, manage service contracts, and plan capital equipment replacement.
• Lead, train, mentor, and coach Critical Operations Technicians and develop staffing plans.
• Support 7x24x365 operations and assist customers on the Data Center floor.
