Qualifications

• Two years supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong psychosocial assessment and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach all staff on assigned shift.
• Oversee discharge planning and guest care/advocacy.
• Obtain collateral information from support network.
• Ensure documentation, approvals, and compliance are up to date.
