Job summary

The Center for Human Development (CHD) in Chicopee, MA is seeking a 2nd shift Clinical Crisis Supervisor to join CHD's CBHC Mobile Crisis Program. This full-time, on-site role requires leadership of a clinical team providing crisis evaluation, case management and peer supports across the catchment area.

Schedule is 3:00p-11:30p, Sunday-Thursday, with a competitive benefits package. Must have a Master’s Degree with LICSW or LMHC license and a license-eligible status with 3 years of crisis

• Licensed clinicians or license eligible with 3 years of clinical crisis experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct triage, assessments, clinical consultation and care coordination for adults and children.
• Responsible for assigning cases and managing workflow on shift
• Supervise a team of clinicians
• Facilitate Inter-Disciplinary Team meetings
• Maintain client confidentiality and records and individuals-human rights by complying with applicable laws and regulations
• Approved driving record check
• Approved criminal background check (CORI)

Clinical Crisis Supervisor Job Category: Clinical Requisition Number: CLINI006340 Full-Time On-site Chicopee, MA 01020, USA The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a 2nd shift Clinical Crisis Supervisor to join CHD's CBHC Mobile Crisis Program. Location is in Chicopee, MA.

Your Role as a Clinical Crisis Supervisor: Clinical Supervisors will work in a team environment providing care to youth and adults at CHD's CBHC Mobile Crisis Programs. Responding to adults and children experiencing mental health and or substance use related crisis throughout the catchment area. Services include but are not limited to crisis evaluation, urgent psychiatry, case management, and peer supports. Open 7 days per week, with the intention of offering the right service at the right time, we are specifically seeking 1 full-time.

Schedule: 2nd shift, 3:00p-11:30p (30-minute unpaid lunch break daily) Sunday - Thursday.

Requirements and Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct triage, assessments, clinical consultation and care coordination for adults and children.
• Responsible for assigning cases and managing workflow on shift
• Supervise a team of clinicians

• Reliable, registered & insured vehicle for travel between program locations.
