Job summary

• Balance workload among staff to meet priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide guidance on work methods, practices, and procedures to the team and individuals.
• Ensure quality assurance in the C&P program and advise leadership on improvements.
• Consult with leadership on C&P matters, policies, MOUs, VA directives and TJC standards.
