Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-5 in gathering, analyzing, documenting and tracking program data to support compliance.
• Experience implementing tracking systems for Credentials Committee actions, licensing board reporting and related communications.
• Ability to review reports, support program evaluation activities and communicate baselines for assessments to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical evaluation plans to ensure they meet standards and document practitioner competence.
• Coordinate with medical care providers to gather required information for plans.
• Assemble complete packages for Medical Staff Committee processes.
• Participate in OPPE/FPPE development and privilege forms; generate facility report cards.
• Extract and analyze large datasets using Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools; present data to supervisors.
• Collaborate with Telehealth Coordinator to ensure practitioners meet C&P requirements and MOU terms.
• Ensure exit review forms for departing providers are completed and state licensing reports are submitted.
• Work schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm PST; not a virtual position.
