Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a staff of social workers to provide child protective services per laws and policies.
• Assign cases and coordinate workflow; supervise staff and provide direction.
• Provide staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with county, state, and federal laws and policies.
• Monitor work quality and ensure timely, well-documented case decisions.
• Participate in goal setting, planning, and budget considerations for the unit.
