Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work with 2 years of related experience; or
• Bachelor's degree in social work with 3 years of related experience; or
• Master's or Bachelor's in human services with related experience as specified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CPS Investigator unit and ensure timely case initiation.
• Review and assign CPS reports daily; monitor progress and compliance.
• Provide on-the-job training and arrange formal training when needed.
• Attend court as part of mandatory duties and coordinate staff support.
