Job summary

Cordoba Corporation in Alhambra, CA is seeking a Senior Scheduler to plan, maintain, and report CPM schedules for public works and capital improvement programs. You will work with project managers, design consultants, contractors, and permitters to ensure on‑time delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of scheduling experience in public infrastructure, strong CPM discipline, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project scheduling experience on public capital improvement, infrastructure, facilities, or construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update CPM schedules for public works, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects.
• Create baseline schedules and monitor schedule performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support development of integrated program schedules across multiple concurrent recovery and rebuild projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, utility providers, and permitting agencies to gather schedule data and monitor progress.
• Prepare schedule narratives, milestone reports, executive dashboards, look-ahead schedules, and progress updates.
• Assist in evaluating schedule impacts from design changes, permitting delays, and procurement issues.
