Job summary

Cordoba Corporation is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support major transportation and public infrastructure programs in the Pacific Northwest. You will develop, maintain, and communicate integrated project schedules across planning, design, procurement, construction, testing, and closeout.

Ideal candidates will have eight+ years of CPM scheduling experience with Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier, and strong Excel/Power BI skills, plus a proven ability to present complex data to executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years scheduling or project-controls on complex capital projects.
• Proven CPM scheduling experience using Primavera P6.
• Experience with transportation/public infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Primavera Unifier.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 for large programs.
• Establish scheduling standards, WBS, calendars, milestones and reporting cycles.
• Create baseline schedules aligned with scope, budget, risks, and commitments.
• Integrate schedules across planning, design, procurement, construction, testing, and closeout.
• Perform critical-path, float, schedule-variance, and trend analyses.
• Identify schedule risks and dependencies before milestones.
• Facilitate schedule workshops with PMs, leads, consultants, and clients.
• Review contractor schedules for logic, constructability, and compliance.
• Develop schedule-recovery options and what-if scenarios.
• Support schedule risk analysis, Monte Carlo simulations when needed.
• Coordinate with cost estimators to align schedule with estimates and cash flow.
• Produce dashboards and reports for executives using Power BI and Excel.
• Translate complex findings for nontechnical audiences and leadership.
