Job summary

Cordoba Corporation, a leading engineering and design firm in California, seeks a Senior Scheduler for the Facilities Sector. You will lead integration of master schedules, manage CPM baselines, and drive schedule risk assessments across a portfolio valued around $800 million.

You will interact with executives, PMs, consultants, contractors, and agencies to ensure on-time delivery, funding alignment, and recoveries. Strong public-sector experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of project scheduling experience on large public-sector capital projects.
• Experience developing CPM schedules and integrated master schedules.
• Experience with schedule risk assessments and delay analyses.
• Experience with earned value management and cost/load planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of integrated master program schedules across planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.
• Establish scheduling standards, methodologies, reporting protocols, and project controls procedures for recovery and rebuild programs.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules for multiple concurrent capital projects and ensure alignment with funding milestones and program objectives.
• Review and approve contractor baseline schedules, monthly updates, and recovery schedules for compliance with contracts.
• Evaluate time extension requests and delay claims, and perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA).
• Prepare and present schedule analyses, forecasts, risk assessments, and recommendations to executive leadership.
