Job summary

BAART Programs, a BayMark Health Services company, seeks a Compassionate Substance Use Counseling Supervisor to oversee Counselors and Interns in outpatient treatment, ensuring compliant care and timely documentation. The role requires strong treatment planning and communication, with travel as needed to meet patient needs.

The supervisor will ensure adherence to regulations and policies, identify comprehensive patient needs, and support the program's goals with fiscally responsible management

Qualifications

Must hold LMSW, LCSW, or LPC license.
Ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans and chart accurately; excellent oral and written communication required.
Experience with chemically dependent individuals is a plus; positive, non-judgmental attitude.

Responsibilities

Supervise Counselors and Counselor Interns in treatment provision and compliance.
Ensure timely documentation of patient services based on plan of care.
Identify physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs for assigned patients.
Ensure compliance with company and funding requirements.
Manage expenditures in line with the budget.
Travel as necessary.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
