Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Lead Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management on a major life sciences and manufacturing development, including associated facilities and site infrastructure.

The successful candidate will drive cost planning, controls, procurement, reporting, and client coordination throughout the project lifecycle. On-site presence may be required and leadership excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in a cost management role within construction.
• Experience in life sciences/pharma/laboratory projects preferred.
• RICS certification or equivalent encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management team and client interface at all project stages.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost controls and change management.
• Maintain communication with client, stakeholders and consultants.
• Coordinate cost management and project controls services.
