The Bureau of Prisons/Federal Prison System in Minnesota seeks Corrections professionals to supervise 25-30 inmate workers across cooks, bakers, dining and dish roles, and related food preparation tasks.

You will provide ongoing training on production, presentation, sanitation, and oversee receiving, storing, and issuing food and non-food items; maintain security through key and contraband checks and uphold institutional safety.

• Provide continual training to inmate workers to update knowledge in production, presentation, and sanitation of food items.
• Oversee the receiving, storing, and issue of all food and non-food items.
• Maintain security operations including key control, knife and blade control, inmate accountability, and routine contraband searches.
