Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Corporate Network Engineer to lead and grow a small team responsible for enterprise campus and edge networks. You will set direction, own architecture standards, and oversee reliability, automation, and vendor relationships.

The role requires deep experience across edge, campus, wireless, segmentation, and out-of-band management, plus strong leadership and budget acumen to scale networks for AI safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or experience.
• 10+ years designing, building, and operating enterprise campus and edge networks.
• 5+ years leading engineers, including people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Corporate Network Engineering team, including hiring and development.
• Set technical direction and own architecture standards across edge, campus, wireless, and telemetry.
• Own reliability and operations: incident response, on-call, and post-incident reviews.
• Move the fleet toward network-as-code with templated configuration and automation.
• Partner with Security and other teams on authentication, segmentation, and detections.
• Deliver networks for new offices and migrations with minimal business disruption.
• Manage vendor, carrier, and integrator relationships and the hardware budget.
