Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Copywriter Supervisor / Associate Creative Director (Copy) to lead multi-channel copy for flagship facial aesthetics brands. You will blend rigorous science with a premium, conversational voice for HCPs and patients, navigating MLR/PRC reviews and delivering high-volume creative on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of pharmaceutical advertising agency copywriting experience.
• Proven track record writing for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and sales forces; patient/consumer touchpoints a plus.
• Deep mastery of MLR/PRC submission requirements, referencing/annotating protocols, and ISI integration.
• Read clinical trial data, interpret study design, and translate MOA into compelling copy.
• Understanding of aesthetic medicine tone balancing clinical precision with lifestyle editorial voice.
• Ability to pick up projects in flight and adapt to pivoting inputs with minimal onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree in Arts, Communications, Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and write high-impact copy across print, digital, social media, video/sizzle reels, national sales meeting assets, and direct sales tools.
• Translate complex clinical data into accessible, inspirational copy for HCPs in aesthetics.
• Perform end-to-end referencing and annotating for claims, adhering to ISI, black-box guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage regulatory feedback (PRC/MLR) and propose creative solutions to claims and copy adjustments.
