Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest receives outstanding service with a friendly environment.

• Supervise lower-level cooks on food handling, labeling, and sanitation.
• Train staff to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and end-of-month checks.
