Chick-fil-A Western Center Blvd is seeking an experienced cook to join our fast-paced kitchen in Kapolei. You will handle bulk cooking projects, prep, and daily production while setting up the kitchen for service and supervising line staff.

The role requires 5+ years on a kitchen line, 2+ years of supervision, and strong skills in Sauté, broiler, pantry, sanitation, and knife work. Weekend/holiday availability and great customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 yrs minimum kitchen line work.
• 2 yr minimum supervisory experience.
• Sauté, broiler, pantry, sanitation and knife skills are musts!
• Excellent customer service skills,
• Positive attitude and hard working,
• Punctuality,
• Ability to work well in a team environment &
• Perform in high tempo & fast paced kitchen

Responsibilities

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Responsible for bulk cooking projects.
• Set up kitchen for service.
• Responsible for prep and production of batch projects.
• Overseeing kitchen staff.
• Execution of daily prep list.
• Fabricating and cooking proteins.
• Soups and sauces.
• Various dressings and side dishes.
• Creating daily dinner specials.
• Tips are included in wages (on check).
• Required to help line with service as needed.
