Chick-fil-A Shepherdstown Crossing is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Prep Cook to join our back-of-house team. This full-time role involves preparing and cooking food, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting a busy kitchen in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers opportunities for growth, leadership development, and training from experienced operators. You will work daytime or closing shifts, with Friday and Saturday availability required and Sundays closed.

Qualifications

• Must be genuinely friendly and caring
• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
