Job summary

You will prepare, cook, and serve a variety of meals for students, faculty, and staff, following supervisor instructions and health guidelines. Opportunities to influence menus and contribute to a supportive work environment are available.

Qualifications

• Comprehension of recipes and production orders; ability to translate supervisor instructions into daily menus.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and proper food handling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; capable of lifting approximately 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve foods as directed by the Chef Manager.
• Set up stations prior to service with appropriate equipment and ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following health and safety regulations.
• Provide courteous customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
