Job summary

Brock & Company, Inc. seeks a Lead Cook for a private school dining program. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities to lead a dynamic kitchen team and deliver high-quality meals to students and staff.

You will oversee food preparation, ensure safety standards, and collaborate with the Chef Manager to develop menus. Open availability and a hands-on leadership style are essential.

Qualifications

• Comprehension of verbal and written recipes, production orders, and cooking instructions.
• Follow health and safety regulations with regard to equipment use and personal hygiene.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Move objects approximately 35 lbs. to waist height.
• Adhere to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Receive, unpack, date, rotate and stow deliveries.
• May perform other jobs as determined by supervisor.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
