Lucky Strike Entertainment in Jericho, NY is seeking a Lead Cook to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will plan and prepare menu items, train staff, and ensure every dish meets our quality and safety standards while delivering memorable experiences to guests.

This part-time role requires 3–5 years of operational experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a readiness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of operational experience.
• Culinary or Food Management degree is a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare food in appropriate quantities using prep sheets.
• Mentor and train kitchen staff on procedures, sanitation and safety.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of cooking, storage and prep areas.
• Receive and check deliveries; rotate perishable items and stock.
• Prepare menu items on the line and supervise staff to ensure quality.
