Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lead Cook to oversee kitchen operations, mentor staff, and ensure top-quality food service. You will work in a fast-paced entertainment environment, coordinating with managers and adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

The role offers a part-time schedule with evening and night shifts, requiring flexibility during weekends and holidays. Experience in food service and a strong customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who develops others and adheres to safety procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary/food management degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the kitchen in the absence of Kitchen Manager, assist with management duties.
• Plan and prepare food in quantities based on customer volume according to manuals and prep sheets.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on procedures, presentation, sanitation and cost controls.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of cooking, storage, refrigeration and serving areas.
• Calibrate cooking/refrigeration equipment weekly to ensure quality and freshness.
• Ensure orders are prepared and delivered per standards; assist customers and resolve questions.
