Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Cook acts as a kitchen leader in the absence of the Kitchen Manager/Chef.
• Mentor and train kitchen staff on procedures, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Prepare and serve food while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness.
