Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks a Lead Cook for a part-time role in a lively entertainment venue. You will plan, prepare, and oversee menu items, while training kitchen staff and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years operational experience.
• Culinary or Food Management degree is a plus.
• Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares food in appropriate quantities based on number of customers using the operations manual and prep sheets.
• Ensures orders are prepared, presented and delivered per manual.
• Mentors and trains kitchen staff on procedures, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Maintains sanitation and organization of cooking areas and storage according to guidelines.
• Calibrates cooking and refrigeration equipment weekly for quality and freshness.
• Reads and adheres to health regulations; uses approved sanitation products.
