Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lead Cook to supervise kitchen operations, train staff, and ensure high standards of food quality and safety. The role requires leadership in the absence of the Kitchen Manager and adherence to company manuals.

Applicants must be 18+, able to work evenings and weekends, and willing to obtain required certifications within 14–30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Lead Cooks possess highly developed customer service and interpersonal skills, including integrity and respect for all individuals, plus solid communication.
• Lead Cooks must be strong team players and people developers, with knowledge of and adherence to workplace safety procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of operational experience; culinary/food management degree is a plus or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares food in appropriate quantities based on customer numbers.
• Mentors and trains kitchen staff on procedures, presentation, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Maintains sanitation and organization of cooking areas, storage, refrigeration, and serving areas.
• Washes, sanitizes, and organizes equipment as per health guidelines and rotates stock.
• Oversees the food line and ensures quality products are delivered to customers.
