Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States seeks a part-time Lead Cook for an energetic entertainment environment. You will plan and prepare food, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure sanitation and safety standards per the manuals and health codes.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of kitchen operations experience; culinary or food management degree is a plus. The role involves mentoring staff and working evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare food quantities according to customers and prep sheets.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on procedures, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of cooking, storage, and serving areas.
• Receive and check deliveries; rotate stock and ensure product freshness.
• Work the food line and ensure quality, safety, and timely service.
